It's derogatory to dogs if we say "It's a dog eats dog world" because dogs have compassion too.
That happened in Santiago Chile, in Costanera Norte Highway. This video shows a dog used its mouth pulling another injured dog to safety on a busy highway. Sadly, the commuters kept driving and didn't at least try to swerve and avoid the dog.
Both dogs survived, according to the comments posted to Youtube.
